MEDIA COORDINATOR / ADMIN ASSISTANT

About the Position

The Balnarring Dental Centre is looking for a full-time marketing co-ordinator / office administrator. The great news is that you don’t need any dental experience at all! You will need to know about camera and video editing (especially Adobe Premiere) and we’ll teach you the dental stuff!! It’s a challenging position but so rewarding. We are so popular that we are expanding and getting bigger. You’ll be joining our passionate and dedicated team of professionals to deliver first class care to our patients. This role will include:

  • (a)    Shooting/Starring in Videos

  • (b)    Editing Videos

  • (c)     Writing Video Scripts

  • (d)    Coordinating YouTube video release schedule and responses

  • (e)    Generate ideas and implement ideas for YouTube Channels (DrTiv and Balnarring Dental Centre)

  • (f)      Coordinating marketing ideas

  • (g)    Posting daily on Instagram and Facebook

  • (h)    Being a Brand Ambassador

  • (i)      Encourage and excite others to be involved in social media posts and videos

  • (j)      Visit Naturopaths, Doctors and other business to promote our brand and services

  • (k)    Organise, promote and host information nights

  • (l)      Review and analyse Google Analytics and makes corresponding changes to website and marketing plans

  • (m)  Make Reactivation Calls for patient

  • (n)    Answer phones, make bookings and take payments
